My story
A gentle path back to yourself
Rise Within Wellness was created for the woman who looks “fine” on the outside, but feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. If you’ve been in survival mode—especially after emotional trauma or a relationship that eroded your sense of self—your body may still be holding the stress.
My work is trauma-informed and rooted in compassion, practicality, and choice. Together we build small, steady routines that help you feel safe in your body again—so you can think clearly, set boundaries, and move forward with confidence.
