Is your coaching trauma-informed?
My approach is trauma-informed, gentle, and paced to your nervous system. Coaching is not therapy, but it can be a supportive complement to it.
Do you work with immigrant women and cultural pressure?
Yes. I hold space for identity, family expectations, and cultural dynamics—without judgment—so you can choose what’s right for you.
Is coaching online only?
Yes—sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere with a private, comfortable space.
